I have set up this page to keep you up to date so that the student I have may get even more help at home in order to be successful in IB Biology at The Village Middle School. I have been a teacher for thirteen years and am certified in composite science 6th through 12th grade with the State of Texas. I am also technology applications certified and therefore am able to utilize technology resources of various types. I hold a Bachelor's of Science in Biology with a minor in Education from the State University of New York at Albany.
I have available a calendar where you will find lessons up to one week in advance of their implementation, one day before at a minimum. Keep in mind that as resources are or are not available, I may adjust lessons right down to the morning. However, this website will always show the final lesson within that same week it occurred. (I plan on using Fridays to tidy this up as necessary, and prepare for the following week more definitively. The information will only be placed in one week increments max as I understand that some students may be anxious to move forward through the materials but they need to stay within the content that we are studying. Secure items such as quizzes and tests will not be posted in advance but will be available one week after the implementation (approximately). Other items as deemed secure may also be included in the timeline of not being posted until one week after its implementation.
